Is The Piano Difficult To Learn?

Learning the piano requires patience and dedication. At the Kawai School of Music, we work hard at providing the right environment, teacher, and experiences that make learning the piano more enjoyable and achievable.

What Age Should My Child Start Learning The Piano?

Everyone is so different that there is no right age to begin learning the piano. Whether they start at three or ten years old, any child with the right teacher, learning environment and familial support can excel at learning the piano.

How Often Should I Practice The Piano?

We encourage our students to practice at least 6 days a week and the amount of time required depends on the level and goals of each individual student. What is as important as consistent practicing is effective practicing – with a goal to learn or improve a passage, piano piece, or musical concept.
